The teen stereotypes written by middle-aged men may be grating, but they give more material to work with than the absolute nothing that is most of the characterization in Prince of Space. General Krankor is the only entity with any personality at all, and his is basically just from the laugh.

Except for battling some rubber suit (or even paper Mache; I'm looking at you, THE LOVES OF HERCULES) lizards, Herc rarely got involved in genuinely supernatural shenanigan's. Which is what makes MOON MEN such a treat -- even if the pivotal fight takes place for like 2 minutes at the very end.

I like "Warrior of the Lost World" MUCH more than the Herc movies/episodes however, "Warrior" has been shown twice (2017 & 2018) in the last 5 marathons. So I figured a change of pace is in order. Granted, I doubt Herc will beat the Paper Chase Guy but we'll see.

I get the allure of Megaweapon, Donald Pleasence & the world's awkwardest kiss. But we LITERALLY get GOBBLING sounds when we first see Queen Samara. Can't get more Turkey Day than that! And I'll be so sleepy I can hardly keep awake after gorging on the tasty foods! Unctuous Alan Steel for the win!
