I didn't know until too late when my son threw my phone in the garbage when he was a toddler. He thought it was funny. As far as my other phones, keys, belongings. I would lose my head if it were attached to my neck.

I really only use it for work purposes so always very close to me at all times

Now and then wonder "where the heck is it?" when I set it down in an odd spot, but it always turns up.

Because my mother and grandfather have had skin cancer on their faces and I've had pre-cancerous spots removed for years. Though I had years as a young woman sunbathing for hours at the beach. Now I'm paying for it. So my advice is to use sunscreen!

If I know I'm going to be out in the sun for a long period of time I'll put some on. But not every time I step out the door.

Since I am a freckled, fair-skinned redhead, I should, but I only do if I will specifically be out in the sun longer than 20 minutes (I burn easily). I do not do it daily or wear make up with sunscreen.

And I should. Thanks for the reminder. In extreme situations like the beach I am very thorough.

The sun helps our bodies produce melatonin and vitamin D. I've never burned easily. If I'm going to be out in the sun all day, I might use it.

Honestly, my lifestyle has changed over the past few years from enjoying boating, gardening & the outdoors to being a caregiver without time to spend time outside. Or I would use sunscreen if I was outdoors.

Over the years it's had to be good sense of humor. Those years serving in the military and state service you needed those moments. Dealing with stress or individuals of all work and no fun. Humour breaks up all that, its like stopping to smell the flower. It's a perspective of the world around us.
