Are you happier being single or being married?

I enjoy a deep breath and loving relationship. We are each other's rock, friend and stable place in a truly crazy world. Being single was fun, but can't compare to 30 years of this kind of love .

Fun; a blessing; secure; happy; right person; commitment.

Not married yet, but I long to be

I've gotten used to being single but I enjoyed being married and miss my husband. (he died 13 1/2 years ago)

if you knew my husband you would understand. He is really my other part....not half- because it is not always "equal" sometimes he is the stronger, more stable one, sometimes I am. I love you Bob

I always considered marriage nothing more than "a piece of paper" but it's like the greatest sleepover with your favorite weirdo that never has to end! I adore being married!

I enjoyed being single 20 years ago. I'm family man now and would never go back to single life (at least not voluntarily).

Better to have a partner to love and share things with and support each other. I don't believe it is the same if couples never marry.

I don't get people that say marriage is hard. If you love and respect your spouse, it is very easy. I can't imagine my life without him.

Not really sure. Guess I'm happier. She was gone for a week recently and was glad for the alone time but glad to have her back.

I have been married for over 30 years and love my husband very much. We don't always agree, but he can always make me laugh. When he hugs me, I feel safe and warm. Beats being single by far!
