I really don't know why people are wasting time/energy/money even discussing it! My God, we are only talking about a lousy hour twice a year! Let it goooooo and just leave it as is!!

I love my job so I definetely wouldn't quit but would start taking MUCH better vacations and for longer!

I'm already retired, so not a decision I'd need to make. But, if I wasn't retired, I probably would quit. Better to give my job to someone who needs it.
