It definitely depends on what I am buying, example I can only buy Helmann's mayo! lol

Actually I prefer buying a little bit of both. Name brand every time is Campbell's Soup. I've tried a multitude of others and they just don't taste right. I like WinCo, Safeway and even some Walmart store brands. Mainly for nonfood items.

Our household income is good and we have plenty in the bank, but if the store brand is as good, why not save some money?

Hubby buys store brands mostly for great prices and good quality, but once in a while I stick to brand names when there's a quality difference -- had a bad cream cheese experience many years ago!
