Total shock and really caught the Husker Nation off guard. Still don't get it. We'll see how the new AD pans out.

Totally. There is a rumor about A&M joining the B1G. NO. I think the SEC would be good for TA! :)

I was flabbergasted. He said it was his dream job. Guess you can't trust anybody.

We tend to take a man at his word, at least until he proves you can't. Trev did just that.

The people of Nebraska had great confidence in Trev Alberts. It is a huge step backwards when both Ted carter and Trev decided it wasn't worth it to stay and work within the system. Obviously the Board of Regents lack of leadership was the problem.

Nebraska Athletics needed major stability after years of Riley/Frost. Everyone treated Trev as the Prodigal Son, even those not from Nebraska. Husker Nation NEEDS what he has....no reason to leave other than $$$$.

Hopefully, but not overly confident. Unlike Missouri, Auburn has played three top 20 teams, and although they lost, they fought hard. Auburn is no pushover, plus it will be in their barn.

I would give MU the edge. It won't be easy. No matter what happens, the Tigers will win.

Empty - worthless. Full - revenue. This is a no brainer.

Memorial Stadium is one of the greatest venues in sports. Why shouldn't the folks in Lincoln, Omaha, and all of Nebraska get the opportunity to be entertained by any show worthy of a stadium sized audience? So much CHA-CHING!

I saw a Larry the Cable Guy show in Memorial Stadium. Didn't have anything to do with "sports"
