The people of Nebraska had great confidence in Trev Alberts. It is a huge step backwards when both Ted carter and Trev decided it wasn't worth it to stay and work within the system. Obviously the Board of Regents lack of leadership was the problem.

I did not expect this scenario at all.

Nebraska Athletics needed major stability after years of Riley/Frost. Everyone treated Trev as the Prodigal Son, even those not from Nebraska. Husker Nation NEEDS what he has....no reason to leave other than $$$$.

But he is level headed guy, theres to many politics above him, drove him away to early.
