I am extremely concerned that some redwood owl or a spoon-billed sandpiper my try to eat the balloons and die. This is unacceptable. This may tarnish Big Red forever. I need a diet Squirt.

Maybe start a new tradition with the new coach and new team. Opponents have been complaining about the balloons possibly not being biodegradable so let's just change things and start something new

We have already broken the tradition. Let it lie and bring it back only for certain games.

ReplyTradition !! It’s all part of the game and has been for so many years … HELL YES BRING IT BACK PERMANENTLY !!!!🎈🎈🎈 and GBR !!!
ReplyWe miss the balloons. Bring em' back!
ReplyBecause all that green woke bullshit is way overdone
ReplyI love 🎈 like Penny Wise
ReplyIt is a unique tradition and raises a modest amount of money for the program. Besides, the new B1G ad still shows the balloons rising from the stadium and we'd hate to be billed for a redo.
ReplyTradition lives on and no intelligent person believes this is destroying the earth. Get rid of liberals not our balloons.
ReplyHave the cheer squad release at both ends of the stadium from large boxes/baskets.
ReplyOnly if all biodegradable!
