Is misinformation on social media a serious problem? Ask why all Media is distrusted. And this includes conservative media. Now ask why certain News programs have sponsorship on well known conservative media, yet proclaim themselves as unbiased?

The problem isn't misinformation. The problem is the number of people who lack critical thinking skills.

Plastic bags are another source of micro plastics. They are now found all over the world from the Arctic to Antarctica as well as in the tissues of human being and all animals. This is a serious problem that the plastic industry has tried to minimize with false claims of successful recycling.

Wishing recycling of all petroleum based plastics be taken more seriously by the corp. world. State programs are obviously ineffective since they fund the corp. who only ship off the waste to other places. Much of this isn't monitored by the states. Only a fractional % of all plastics are recycled.

We must do everything we can to protect our environment and the creatures who live here. People don't always make the best decisions in this regard on their own. That is when our government must step in to decide what's best for the majority.

In our climate, when we buy frozen or cold items that "sweat" in the heat, paper bags are wet and fall apart by the time we get home. The solution to this issue is to require biodegradable plastic bags that dissolve in short periods of time.

California has more ridiculous laws than any other state. The Democrats got involved several years ago with a plastic bag ban and just made things worse.

I've been using my own bags made of recycled billboard signs for over 30 YEARS, and I still have the same bags! I dont get what the problem is, we all know the effects and science. This is not about any political stance, thiis about saving our future

It’s just stupid, they should just give people 10 cents back if they recycle them. Saves everyone time and money. Plus homeless would benefit greatly from it
