I love both but personally for me is Amphibia. The story is incredible and the characters are full with so many twists. The biggest one I was not expecting was Marcy to be the one that actually made the girls get stranded. The calamity box, the adventures, all is so fascinating!

Amphibia for the win because I actually feel more attached to all the characters to I feel like owl house should try to have episodes dedicated to all the characters

The Owl House is good, I will not doubt that, but I really like Amphibia. I think the concept is really fun, not to mention the characters are charming. It is very witty and pretty original. So while Owl House is good, I think Amphibia wins for me personally.
