I have been a local forester for forty years and i saw the fire uptick at the same time as the forestry downturn
ReplyNeed to resume selective logging and replanting forest will bring back healthy forests and create more jobs..
ReplyLogging, either selective or clear cut. But make sure the slash is picked up and the areas replanted. It will also create much needed jobs.

ReplyI am from Colorado. I left Colorado because I had to "bug out" more than once. We had large acreage and sorry to say it was mismanaged. McLeod means well but Greg Walden has been hands on. He knows.
