She did something that *appears* to be a conflict of interest. Whether it was or not, she needed to resign and she did.

She should have kept out of the cannabis business to begin with, or not run for public office. She's only sorry she got caught.

The non-unanimous jury was completely unconstitutional and Oregon fought hard to keep it, being the last state in the country to get rid of what was well known as a Jim Crow law. And yet Oregon continues to do things that are unconstitutional, such as not provide enough public defenders.

Anything else is Unconstitutional.

Because a non-unanimous verdict means there is reasonable doubt
