It needed to be done. Changes like this often is the kick teams need to unite around

Scott threw a pass with 4 minutes to go in the game when the offense was running the ball on a warn down and very tired defense. It got us to the one yard line too soon in the game. We could have drained the clock and ran the ball. Game management was the main reason we kept losing close games.

The Huskers will be fired up and well coached.

If anyone other than TA had been hired as the AD, Frost wouldn't even have been here for the first 3 games. TA did the right thing at that time imo, under the circumstances. He again has done the right thing under these new circumstances. I like MJ a lot, great recruiter and loves NU....GBR!!!!

The players didn't need 3 more weeks of uncertainty, especially when it was inevitable at this point.

Mickey Joseph is fully engaged, and will ignite this team! I fully expect to see this entire team "molt" their "Frostiness", and transform into a real Husker squad again. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen soon. Go Big Red!

Greatly improved, Frost was unfortunately more of a disease that was slowly killing the team because of a losing culture, lack of energy and excitement and the same old talk in the press conferences because of the same ole issues.

Ever been in a relationship you needed to end because it was just time....except it was past time? You didn't hate this person, still cared for them, but you knew you had to end it sooner or later, kept putting it off.....and when you finally did, it was like you were flying through the air...

We can now move on now that Frost is gone. There is no more noise about it. The players can now focus on playing a game. A new voice means new rejuvenation!

Defense is woeful. Only hope for Nebr victory is a scoring feast by both sides...last team possession will win.

The atmosphere around the program was "dead man walking". That sucks the motivation. This will reignite drive.

Somebody has to jolt the defense to play better. Perhaps it's a hopeless cause in the moment. We'll find out on Saturday.

There is no way he could make it worse.
