Paid sick leave is needed for all workers. How can you pay medical bills if you aren't getting paid while you are sick or recovering from surgery?

No one should have to choose between taking care of themselves or a child and missing a pay check. This is an obvious yes.

If you don't want to be an employee, START A BUSINESS. If you can't start a business, LEAVE BOONE COUNTY. It's quite simple.

Businesses will leave not only Boone County but Missouri if this passes. Businesses will also try extra hard to automate and replace people with AI robots to keep their costs down. The problem with marxist socialists is that they ultimately run out of other people's money.
