The world cannot allow Russia to invade their neighbors and take their land. History shows this leads to very bad results (WWII). We cannot expect Ukraine to meet western standards of military efficiency or our high political integrity standards (threw up in my mouth about that last part). FJB

They are making the dollar worthless by flooding the planet with them. The dollar will be completely worthless soon.

People need to prepare accordingly for a collapse of the dollar. Get out of debt, grow your own food, invest in commodities, make friends with like-minded people, pray for our country. Vote out the uni-party swamp creatures.

No I don't. The Ukraine war is a money laundering scheme, but if Joe gets his 10% there's not much we can do about it. As long as Joe keeps the oil prices high, then his buddy Vlad can afford to attack Ukraine an this will go on and on.

We have enough problems of our own in this country. That money could be put to better use right here at home.

Libs really want 30 hours of sick time for 1 hour work called Univ Basic Income. This is a great example of an organic Missouri effort to change our Constitution, you can tell by the homemade signs. NOT, another dark money effort to buy an amendment when they fail in legislature. End this BS. FJB

Paid leave is good for families and employers--it helps attract and retain the best talent, reducing employee turnover costs, and helps alleviate financial strain on families. It's a win-win.

Paid sick leave is needed for all workers. How can you pay medical bills if you aren't getting paid while you are sick or recovering from surgery?

No one should have to choose between taking care of themselves or a child and missing a pay check. This is an obvious yes.

Small Missouri employers have enough problems just meeting their payrolls. More government intrusion is not the answer.

You think prices are high now. Wait until they raise them some more if this passes.

If you don't want to be an employee, START A BUSINESS. If you can't start a business, LEAVE BOONE COUNTY. It's quite simple.

Businesses will leave not only Boone County but Missouri if this passes. Businesses will also try extra hard to automate and replace people with AI robots to keep their costs down. The problem with marxist socialists is that they ultimately run out of other people's money.

You accepted the benefits or lack there of when you accepted the job. If they offer overtime see if you can store all or part of your hours for unforeseen circumstances. If not look for a company that provides leave and quit trying to force small businesses out.
