"Begins" gets my vote as it's simply my favorite live-action Batman film! It focuses wisely on the (really well-played) title character of Bruce Wayne, himself, and it's tone/visuals nail the look and feel of a Batman story, without going the full-on gothic route. Also, its 3 villains are superb!
Better aesthetic by far, snowy mountains and later warm brown colours. Music is much better with the full on James Newton Howard Tracks. Fight scenes with batman are better, they mimic something vicious with fast cuts. Batman voice and suit is better too. Prefer Bruce's development much more as well
The Batman because I like how he goes through an arc from focusing on vengeance to being a symbol of hope. It shows the contrast to what batman was like in his early days and what he'll become. In Begins after he returns to Gotham he knows what he wants to achieve and doesn't change from that
Batman Begins is more of an origin story. I like more of Batman’s early days, but not, like, his first day ever. And I think this movie is less boring. It’s my favorite Batman movie ever.
I think this movie moreso had an engaging personality for Bruce & a engaging interesting look (even if I feel like later movies didn't have it look as engaging) world around him. I feel like almost all the characters work more in this movie than The Batman.

ReplyI guess it might be nostalgia

ReplyJust watch Cap's videos on Begins. Also, The Dark Knight's ending has aged really poorly for me.
