She has a far more likable personality. Even though her character isn't explored that much she is shown to be intrigued in mysterious personalities. She seems to see right through Bruce Wayne and his oddities right away and senses that there's something more to him. Also she still wants to pursue...

Because she’s sexy and hot plus she’s very flirty and like to give foot and back massages that brings happiness.

I think rachel has more of a character to her. And she has a drive for some heroism, that I can see.

No, yeah. She's definitely not just a damsel in distress, but proactively investigates, as with her feud with Crane! Definitely a deeper character and a way more believable person for Bruce to fall for, due to their history. I even appreciate them, just as friends in that she still cares for him.

Rachel (especially K.H. Rachel) across the board! I appreciate them going back well before Batman, as she's a last tether to his former, ideal life. She never feels arbitrary, acting often as a 2nd moral compass and I always get that she's concerned for Bruce, no matter their standing. So wholesome!

I suppose I don’t “need” more of this world, but I’m interested to see more of how this new Matrix works.

I don’t like that The Matrix got any sequels.

Loved it but it wasn’t a set-up more than a coda where Trinity and Neo get what they deserve as a parallel to Lana’s life. A creator with a new outlook reflecting on material and a legacy made when they were almost literally a different person. Lana‘s now free to change The Matrix, as in the movie.

Honestly, The Matrix should’ve just been one movie, only cuz it was only one movie that worked, and that’s the first one. It was lightning in a bottle that caught waves and can’t be replicated by the multiple sequels. Plus Keanu’s doing so much better in his newer movies, especially in John Wick.

Ridiculous. It's Batman Forever.

Yep, at least it knows how stupid it is.

Batman and Robin might be the more tonally consistent film of the two, but the best scenes in Batman and Robin are never as good as the best scenes in Batman Forever in my opinion. I also think Batman Forever just tells a better Batman story overall.

Batman Forever is more balanced and less awkward, but both are better stories than Batman Returns and actually about Batman.

Batman Forever is obviously the better film because, for all its faults, it's at least trying to be about Batman's character. Batman & Robin is nothing but a feature-length toy commercial. B&R even steals most of its plot from Forever.

No way, "Batman Forever" is definitely the better movie of the 2! This is not to say I even dislike "Batman & Robin," as I see it as a harmless flick. However, "Forever" places Batman in the center of the story, executes a well-done Robin origin, and offers up a great Riddler! "Forever" is a blast!

I don’t think I have to explain anything for this. Batman and Robin is, at least I think, the worst Batman movie. It’s stupid, doesn’t really have a plot, and Batman Forever just is a better movie overall.

Because Baan Forever is actually trying trying be a movie about Bruce Wayne's psychology. The first movie to attempt this. Sure Begins would do it better but no other attempt was made before this. Also the tone, costumes and style are so much better. B&R is just a childish rehash

The one thing I can appreciate about Forever is the decent attempt and mostly successful character study of Bruce. It's actually the first film before Begins where Bruce is the protagonist. Kilmers performance is underrated too. That's the one thing that makes it better for me.

While I can enjoy B&R for the reason of it knowing how stupid it is, Forever though has genuinely well done ideas, concepts, set pieces, with it feeling like an early 70s Batman comic book

It's just a better written and acted movie hands down. People want to give Batman and Robin too much because it's admittedly received far too much vitriol, but that should lead to us proclaiming such a poor film good (or even decent - this one is quite bad).

At least Batman & Robin doesn’t have the crushing weight of failed ambition on it. I feel like at some point (very early on in its writing process) there was a good version of Batman Forever. As it exists, Batman Forever is more frustrating to me than the completely integrity-free Batman & Robin.

Not because it's stupid. I find this movie to have a beautiful Bruce/Alfred relationship, a solid arc for Bruce in him having to trust others for help, let go of trying to control things. I may think BF technically a better movie, but this has a stronger Bruce and Alfred elements.

If we assume Arnie and Jim Carey cancel each other out. Uma Thurman is much better in her role than Tommie Lee Jones and for that reason I’d say Batman and Robin is more watchable

Batman & Robin may follow the structure laid by Forever (which was itself following Returns’ absent structure), but Schumacher’s second Bat-flick is the only 90’s Batman sequel that has an identifiable central plot.
