We should be focused on Saving the Salton Sea and Lake Cahuilla. not adding another potential water disaster to a droughted desert.

ReplyI have been living in Rancho Mirage for 20 years. I am all in favor of the development of Cotina. I would like information of the over 55 years complex. I am defintely interested.
