How many commute to LA on a daily basis? How many commute monthly ? Of those, how many are willing to give up their private transportation in lew of a train and cab ride ? Probably not enough to justify the cost.

Used Turo about two years ago in Nova Scotia when conventional car rentals were out of cars. Very good experience.
