The city has had plenty of time. If you review the letters sent from the State and the timeline of them it shows that a former planning director/current council member completely disregarded the law and neglected her duty. It is sad to see this but actions, or lack thereof, have consequences.

California’s gas tax is already high enough. They should tax mileage for electric vehicles instead.
