Do you agree with Rob Bonta suing Calexico over failing to comply with the Housing Element Law?

The city has had plenty of time. If you review the letters sent from the State and the timeline of them it shows that a former planning director/current council member completely disregarded the law and neglected her duty. It is sad to see this but actions, or lack thereof, have consequences.
