We were 17-18 years old, and every single adult in power over us told us to go to college, get these loans to pay for it. Now we're in so much debt we can't afford to start families, buy homes, everything the other generations took for granted. Now we're "entitled" for complaining about it.

My parents were able to own property because it was attainable to do so; just like college was way more affordable. We aren't entitled we are just rattled with debt and can't get out from under student loans.

Kids at this age are so young to make these decisions and college is so expensive these days. By the time they graduate they have $50,000+ in debt and are just getting started in their employment and all ready overwhelmed in debt.

If you are mature enough to take out a loan, then you should be mature enough to pay it back. Nobody made you take out a loan. If your field of study/ preferred career doesn't pay enough to support you and pay back your loans, then you chose poorly. You've just learned personal responsibility.

So because I chose social work as a career and spend 50 to 60 hours a week doing so, I should find a different career? Wait until you need a socialworker. I'm not saying I shouldn't pay loans back but there should be some Incentive working for our communities and our residents.

I have never asked anyone else to pay my bills, they should of had their priorities straight to begin with. 1, degree, 2. Career, 3. Pay off bills, 4. buy a new car, 5. Then you're ready for a relationship/marriage/and a house.

Abortion has never, ever been a Constitutional Right. Even Liberal Justice Ruth Ginsberg said that. The SCOTUS only deals with Constitutional Law. Abortion has never, ever been in the Constitution. Six highly qualified Justices corrected this 49 years old error. Now it is fixed. This Case is Closed.

I am also a father and a grandfather. The fetus, also belongs to the father. You butt out. Since Roe v Wade happened in 1973 over 63 million babies, have had their lives ended, by so called "professional health specialists." I've never seen a baby walk away from an abortion.

It is much easier, and more economical, to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, than it is to deal with an unwanted pregnancy. And a life would not have to be lost. Abortions cause a lot of grief after the fact, for many people. Abortions also cause other health risks.

They affirmed non discrimination. They did not strike down anything. They affirmed that colleges can't disciminate Based on race. They ended one of the more blatant forms of discrimination.

ReplyGiving preferential treatment for position, to a singular race or group is exactly what we're trying to improve. By continuing to allow such things as Affirmative Action, we perpetuate the age-old problem of raising one class above others. Neither justice or equality served in allowing it to remain.
ReplyWe, as a Country should be beyond racisum at this point, the only reason it still exists is because we keep it alive by always talking about it, conversation doesn't always fix these types of problems. We have the laws in place, enforce them!
