It was the only responsible decision that could have been made, despite three activist judges.

Everybody else before Biden has had to pay theirs off, they've gotten a break for three years, what have they been doing with the money. Stop trying to live large, pay it off then live large.

Another example of media bias towards socialism/authoritarianism. Notice the leading of 'The conservative justices..'.

Life is about choice. If you borrow to get an education then you are obligated to pay it back. It is your choice on what your using the funds for in regard to your education. Be wise!

An educated society is a better society. Even if I didn't have a college education I would want the people who had received one to have no/ reduced debts compared to the current cost of an education. I want my nurse to be good at nursing not working 60-80 hours/week to cover cost of education.

An educated person, is responsible and pays their debts. An educated person, doesn't ask non-educated people to coddle them. The people who want free stuff, are not educated, they are selfish.

"An educated society is a better society" Straw-man argument. Why is the nurse $100K in debt? The 'evil' rich or ever growing governmental regulations to make 'an educated society a better society'?

Almost as bad an idea as replacing income taxes with higher sales taxes!

A new tax is not the answer to the city's budget problems. City leaders need to live within your means, like everyone else. Vote NO on the new taxes.

We already pay enough in taxes. The City needs to check it's priorities and pull funding from programs that truly are not conductive to the day to day lives of the general tax paying citizen. Focus on the core competencies, not liberal dream programs.

Most people already drive 75 MPH, at least. Trust the people.

A lot of people drive faster than the posted speed limit - 75 to 80 instead of 70. Increasing the speed limit will just push the actual travel rates higher - 80 to 85 instead of 75. With all of the heavy trucks on the road (some that drive slow), higher speeds are just dangerous.

Drivers are already driving 5 to 10 miles over the current limits so if it's increased I'm pretty sure they'll exceed the new limits.
