Of course! If you live in SISTERS you know the difficulty with getting into your own driveway on ANY given weekend with all the festivals, venues,etc......and all the out of area spandy pant cyclists

I've lived in placed requiring permits.... It becomes a real hassle for residents to apply for themselves & guests. Also, Visitors to the city have no choice but to park in already overcrowded areas.

I usually spend a number of days each month in the Portland area, including downtown. Having worked in downtown Portland for many years, yes it's not what it once was. Having said that, it's definitely not a "war zone" and nothing like Trump and his minions would like you to think.

It’s a very small minority that’s causing a problem and for the most part, the marches are peaceful and none-combative. Portland’s problems, generally speaking; are the homeless sleeping on the streets and trashing the area, and not people marching in the streets.
