I was volunteering my time at Habitat for Humanity and my bike was in my car and stolen it broad daylight!

Thankfully not much, but we did get a bike stolen from our front pourch. After living here about 18 years that's about it.

Not since we recently moved into our home we bought, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time because I've read many comments from neighbors who have had problems with ass holes stealing even bags of cans & bottles! These thieves aren't even scared anymore stealing in broad daylight!

Congress has the power of the purse, if only they would use it. but they're too scared of being primaried by him. Of course, he should not have 1/3 of the powers he has adopted, whether constitutional or not. He's an abomination!!

Absolutely not. The Constitution gives that authority to Congress, NOT the executive branch of the government. Trump’s actions are absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. But he doesn’t care, and has been giving Congress and the American People the finger for the past 10 months.
