No, businesses should be along the railroad area and build the homes in neighborhoods. The zoning in Bend is crazy.

The roads cannot support the additional traffic. Please don't turn Bend into Portland.... Or worse.... Los Angeles. Keep the beauty and quality of life here as it is.

This city is being run very stupidly like the rest of the democratic run city's Yoo need to punch the urban growth boundaries out east of 27 th and turn 27th into a east side bypass like the plan was in the 80s and start working on living wage jobs and industry

Wouldn't mind, it's quite quite a drive. Of course it would be hot.

We should all be in favor of anything that creates a safer community for all of us, regardless of political affiliation. Since our federal funds have been decreased, we need another form of revenue to supplement our fire fighting revenue.

These things have been voted on and approved by voters in the past already. This is just another example of hands out for $$ from property owners. I am against ANY new taxes on property owners. We are tapped out!! Tax alcohol, cigarettes, whatever else to make EVERYONE share in the pain.
