Only for public buildings. We are a city with many elderly and disabled persons and we should accommodate their needs for public access.

Absolutely. The US is getting scarier and scarier by the day. I've wanted to move for a while now. I prefer Canada, but don't qualify, so I'm looking at Mexico in an expat location.

I'm in the process.the city of bend will not allow a second water meter on any city property. They are only allowing me to tap into my existing water line. I have to dig up my entire driveway. The added cost is $15k dollars. If they allow a second meter it would only cost 2k. Please help
