It's me
My downstairs neighbor harassed me to the point of fearing for my life. I got a Peace Order; the State's Attorney filed charges. My landlord wouldn't help, so I withheld rent. No eviction happened, but the filing flags on my record, blocking housing. I'm a good tenant penalized for surviving.
