We do not need or want another legal drug. We will see abuse, illegal grows, etc just like legal marijuana. And treatment centers only get maybe 1 % of the users .

The drug has proven to help certain people, and as long as it is doing that, why ban it?

With covid and the governor lowering standards for graduation, a standardized test is necessary . We need better educated students and graduates.

I don't know if standardized tests are hurting a certain group of students, but I do know that socially promoting certain students who fail to learn basic life requirements, like balancing checkbooks, reading, etc., is doing them a big disservice. Bringing back civics, PE, tool shop is a good idea.

I go back & forth on this subject. With the standard set so low for students due to the pandemic. It seems scary to have children behind in the basics. I’m from Ventura, Ca since the early 90’s. Things in Oregon back then seemed way behind in the school system.

Absolutley especially important since lockdowns...our children's education has suffered, and we need to get back reading, writing, arithmetic and foster critical thinking once again.
