I don't know the label of my phobia but I'll try 2 explain: I have an ethic name. It's not 2 hard 2 say/spell IMO & its n the Bible. But WASPs make my life hell @ times b/c of my name. So when surrounded by overwhelming white groups, I cringe at what's about to happen @ my introduction

I can not do roofs, especially steep pitch roofs. I happily pay roofers to work on roofs!

As long as it brings with it some accountablity. If the point in time numbers come down over 2 years, great. If not, she should be fired.
