It allows them to due their job completely, some people lie about their identity to try and avoid a simple ticket. The Border Patrol is called to help a subject. If they would simply obey the law and have ID the policeman will issue a ticket and go about their business and not call Border Patrol.

There should be daily televised executions of these animals, and as gory as possible....it would make some think twice about their next perversion.

Lawyers should be protecting the innocent, not the guilty. The victims, and their families are currently suffering the effects of a crime over, and over, and over again, while the public pays the financial burden for the criminal.

"If you kill we'll kill you" it's a bit of a deterrent. It's more expensive to leave them in prison their entire lives who pays for that we do.
