school time for children isn't set just right in their heads as they wake up or fall asleep and this one hour difference can make the brain not ready for the day, making more people grumpy and tired or too lazy to do anything for an extra hour or two, creating problems and becoming procrastinating.

If there was no death penalty there would be nothing to deter criminals. Murders happen anyway but a lot of the time it stops them from happening. Also, and mainly, there must be accountability!!!!
