Wouldn't decreasing the size of the strike zone possibly increase the amount of BB's which could slow the game down even more? Swing away I say.

Sometimes a 1-0 game can be just as exciting when you have great pitching dual and defense.

While I enjoy a good pitching duel, it is also fun to watch those balls go out of the park...or watch the offense run the bases. Not knowing which kind of game you are going to see is good.
