Just look at 'em. They're the most precious ever! Okay, okay...that's not why, but it is WHY. They go out, have fun, laugh and goof around like friends should. It's calming, they 'get' each other and pick each other up. They're one hell of a bunch, one that other's should look up to when building a strong, dynamic team.
