No! The extra travelling is too much for the players who have to play everyday. Plus, isn't the purpose of the World Baseball Classic to expand the game internationally anyway?!

It is hard enough on West Coast teams that have the longest travel schedules like Seattle and Oakland! Think if they had to fly to London! That is ridiculous!! The WBC is played by MLB rules and exposes other nations to the game. That should be enough!

Yes and that goes for any player! You're in the line up and your team is in last place (and don't have signs of improving un-like teams like the A's, or Jays!

With all due respect Jen, I just felt that this article was unnecessary. Olney is looking for anything to write about & of course, articles about trades get everyone excited. This team is only a little more than one-fifth of the way through the season. Practice patience & see what happens.
