Commented "I have enough space 2 store about $2.00 worth of containers @ home. There needs 2 be an Express machine only 4 people with <$7.50 worth in a day. Spending 2.5 or 3 hours of my time (including transportation) to claim $2 is like sweatshop wages. There4, I have stopped redeeming containers entirely."

Commented "Seriously, this shouldn't even be an concern in the 4th largest city in the state. We have bicycles and transit for a reason. Parking is irrelevant for those of us who ride buses or bikes. If you want lots of free parking and car dependency, please move to Burns or to John Day. It's 2021, not 1961."

Make Middle and High schoolers take TRANSIT if they need a bus. Schools should coordinate with + pay CET to add routes"
