Nothing that is a chain. A great, local seafood place would be my choice.

Panera is a sandwich and soup place. They have one in Keizer. I have been to it. Its "ok" but not something I will go out of my way for.

In-N-Out Black Rifle Coffee In-N-Out is not the best, but it is the best combo of fresh burger for very cheap. Black Rifle 'cause I love Mat, Evan, and the company.

Love meat, but can't eat it or oil anymore. Would be great to see a whole food plant based eatery. Not likely, but...

We need a Panera I've called their corporate office and asked them to come. They're an excellent addition to any town.

Something similar to Outback Steakhouse would be nice. Red Lobster is nice but but very pricey.

Central Oregon needs better paying jobs. We have more than enough service industry jobs. Not another restaurant or hotel. Try attracting new industries.

Democrats just want to spend, spend, spend. They love throwing money away for no good reasons. Just more waste put on the tax payers backs.

I am an instructor of information technology and cybersecurity. I feel there is value in this tool when used ethically and by experts who can use what is generated with an understanding of the risks. I better know if the code it generates is correct and secure.

AI is dangerous, very vulnerable to Misinformation and just spitting it back out. AI is NOT creative, real writers are creative. AI just re-arranges the factoids available to it. Teachers are alarmed that papers submitted by students might not be their work, just ChatGTP garbage.
