More efficient, because of staffing issues.

Stations cannot get help and I prefer to pump my owm. I am tired of liberals telling everyone how to live.

I already do. Self serve is legal in rural areas. Madras has self serve. Most gas stations along I84 east of The Dalles has self serve. Apparently it's the city folk that aren't trusted to pump their own gas because folks who live in rural areas have been permitted to pump their own gas for years.

It's about time Oregon joined the rest of the US allowing people to pump their own gas and diesel!

Why would you want to pump your own gas plus it provides jobs

Diesel has always been legal. Gasoline users have been discriminated against.

I'm from the rest of the country. I cannot always contain my annoyance. I never asked, wanted or needed a pit crew. I'm from. Alaska. I got it covered.

Good compromise. Pump your own or have an attendant

Absolutely. I already do in Jefferson and Crook Counties. Time is money and the quicker I can get back on the road, the better.

I appreciate the service, especially not having to stand outside in the cold.

Where do I wash the gas off my hands? Oregon has always voted this down. 61% of Oregonians do not support this. Gas stations will make more money with one employee . Gas in Washington is a lot higher than ours and you pump your own. Why are the legislators deciding for us?

Why take away more jobs? If you don't have a few minutes to spare waiting for an attendant, maybe you should organize your time better.

Wow, you should change your name to Karen. Not everyone wants to waste their time waiting for attendants. Some of us have better things to do with our time.

They have repeatedly said they cannot get help. And if you want to stay in your car you can but quit imposing your beliefs on everyone.

Why would I get out to pump my own gas when the full service will be the same price? this is asinine, in all other states self-service is cheaper.

I really enjoy the ease of not having to pump the gas myself. Also I think it's good to provide jobs for people who can work at the gas stations.

I pumped my own gas for years, so I really appreciate being able to stay in my car especially during winter months. It provides jobs for those who might not otherwise get one. I don't mind having options, but don't think it's necessary for the decision to be made for me.

I'm perfectly capable of pumping my own gas but the bottom line, no excuses, is I just don't want to.

I prefer metering to increasing the number of lanes. More than one lane makes roundabouts much more dangerous to navigate, especially with drivers who are not locals and do not understand how roundabouts work. 2 lanes = many more accidents plus 2 lanes need to be a much larger diameter for safety.

If it weren’t so maddening, our City counselors would make for a cast in a Monty Python show. They befuddle themselves with ludicrous ideas and foist them onto the taxpayers. Bend is becoming a laughing stock to outsiders and a source of continual angst for the residents.

What's the point of having a light at a roundabout? The point of a roundabout is to get rid of the lights. Widen it and start growing for the people coming here. The way bend builds, everything is obsolete by the time it's done.

I drive through this around about several times everyday and it is never an issue very rarely. Is it an issue? The reason they put roundabouts in for the first place was to get rid of stop lights and stop signs

Isn't that why they put the round about in because stop lights were going to cost to much????? Just saying.

doesn't this defeat the purpose of a roundabout? might as well make it a regular intersection with lights.

If people used the roundabout correctly and actually filled in the gaps and went when there was an opening it would flow just fine. People wait for a bus sized gap before they go.

Trump is a clear danger to Democracy. I don't think MAGA people actually listen to his "speeches"/rambling offensive tirades of many half-truths.. but also easily disproven outright lies. How anyone can support him at this point, is bizarre.

I voted for Trump because of his policies. Harris has none, just the same terrible Biden policies.

A vote for the Democratic Party is a vote for one party rule. I never felt that way until the Biden administration took over and opened the border to allow so many to come across unvetted. I have never understood why it takes 3 to 5 years to get a green card. Makes no sense.
