The fighting between Republicans and Democrat are out of control! When Republicans only vote Republicans or all one way every time on all issues whether right or wrong ana visa versa with dems then there is something wrong with this picture.

In theory, yes. But it would be impossible to achieve. Everyone is partisan these days.
