If you're human, you have regrets, unless you've never left the confines of your house. Dogs don't have regrets, except the ones that run out in front of cars.

Oh, my God yes. Yes, yes, yes! And I need to get over them and stop living in the past...

I believe that everybody has regrets. It's just a part of life. The important lesson is learning how to live WITH them and learn FROM them.

Absolutely! Doesn't everybody? Either big or small regrets, we all have them and it's called life. We wouldn't be able to learn about ourselves or others without them.

I feel that if one doesn't have any regrets then they're not learning from their mistakes - which we all make on occasion (or more frequently).

I regret not spending more time with my family and friends. I just lost my friend of more than 45 years. I miss hearing her voice. Please call (not text) your loved ones today and tell them how much they mean to you. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Of course. But that is the way we learn. We need to be self aware and willing to do better. Forgiving ourselves can be hard, but look at yourself like God would, compassionately.

Like everyone, I've done or said some things in life that weren't wise, some were definitely foolish, but, when I received Christ as my LORD & SAVOIR, all my sins have been washed away. And, I now use the BIBLE as my GPS, GOD POSITIONING SYSTEM, to make the right decisions!

I think most people go through life doing the best they can and I give myself the same benefit of the doubt.

I just feel like arising at the same time helps me stay on schedule and feel like I am seizing the day. Also, I can NEVER sleep in when I try anyway.

I have tried to get up later but cannot stay up in the evening. I got up at the same time for many years while working

I'm retired, and unless I have a specific appointment, I get up whenever I wake up, and that depends on how late I stayed up the night before

Approximately, but as retirees we're delightfully flexible most all the time.

It is said that you should always wake up at the same time. Never has worked for me.
