I know too many people who cannot exercise without pre-workout. I would rather maintain the ability to have a productive workout without ingesting the artificial ingredients in such drinks.

If I plan to go at night, I always seem to make excuses and push it off until my gym is closed. Going in the morning holds me accountable for working out!

I wear a Fitbit watch with a heart rate sensor. I like knowing how much time I am in a “fat burning” vs. “cardio” zone.
