Three levels of bowl game: The real dogs. You know the ones. 5-7 vs 6-6. They need to be culled out. The Elite Bowls. Orange, Rose, etc. They are hurt more by the playoffs than any of the other categories. Mid-tier bowls. Outback, etc. Fun entertainment. Safe they'll survive.

Traditional match ups are lacking. Too many bowl games. Mediocrity us rewarded. Attendance is horrible. Most bigger games nit on anew Year's anymore
ReplyI think it'll get worse. In fact what if a kid has a minor injury that's in the playoffs/championship game. Last time I checked kids don't get paid for being in those games either. So why's the 'profile' of it matter? Once you see studs sit those out the snow ball won't stop..
