Should the county continue to spend money on Juniper Ridge homeless camps?

Bend doesn't have a homelessness problem they have a mental health and drug problem

I have to pay for my own garbage service and pay if I go to the dump. Whats to stop me from dumping my trash in a homeless camp and let the county pick it up? Just a thought!

The more we care for them the more homeless there will be .

The county doesn't pay my garbage or water bill and I pay taxes.
