Better to have them in a supervised setting than simply putting them back on the streets.

maybe...they definitely need to be supervised...however, I definitely don't want my taxes to go to support them

I'd much rather have them housed in a central location together where they are monitored than homeless on the streets where the chances of them reoffending is much higher. Use your brain, Gabe.

Mainly because I haven't visited one in decades! Plus I have a lifetime membership to ALL of them, so I wouldn't have to pay anyway.
