I'm vaccinated...the CDC and Pres Biden lifted mask mandate for vaccinated ppl 2 months ago...and the Gov in Salem said she would follow CDC guidance then went back on her word. IF YOU ARE VACCINATED YOU DO NOT NEED A Fing MASK!

It's time to move beyond fear and resume living. Those whom desired to be vaccinated are, and those who declined are often the ones who would have taken masks off long ago. It's time to breathe fresh air, hug our loved ones, and experience genuine smiles and facial expressions once again.

My sister was forced to wear one at work. She now has high blood pressure and breathing issues. NO she did NOT gain weight. This was confirmed by her Doctor to be due to having to wear a mask for upwards of 16 hours a day. I dont know if the damage can be undone but here is hoping she can recover.

Unless you have a cough or sneezing the masks are useless. A study by a CA university said they were useless and could even cause premature death.

They should have been gone along time ago, Texas ended the mask mandate and they haven't had a single infection

I am still masking and social distancing, because the virus that causes Covid-19 "needs to be gone." The new more transmissible and more deadly Delta variant will soon be the predominant virus; masking sends a signal that there are many of us still susceptible to getting sick,

I am afraid for our children in Deschutes County. They can't get the vaccine yet. I pray the new variant strain doesn't hit us. If so, we're going to see many more deaths.

Safe parking programs have a proven track record of successfully taking people from being homeless into having a place of their own. Safe parking programs cut down on costs to cities for ambulance calls, police calls, visits to emergency rooms and mental health crises that costs taxpayers money.

Perhaps? Hiding the un-housed in various random locations doesn't solve much. This is just another band-aid solution! Seems just the latest adaptation of "kicking the can down the road"...?

People should not have to put up with annoying intrusive lights that inconsiderate neighbors install
