Less, duh. If you can't go out anywhere, you can't spend money unless online.

I dont go out much in bad weather due to the gravel and de icer they put on the roads, it damaged my rigs. Also concerned about the many drivers who dont know how to drive on slick roads, I dont need someone sliding into my rig!

Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down
