Of you look at his first year a the husker qb Martinez will only improve more and more as he plays as long as he can stay healthy

His athleticism, good coaching, more offensive weapons at his disposal, improved offensive line, and improved defense and starting positions from improved special teams equals "better."

he will be great because he has Nebraska fans and alumni wishing him well. The fact he leads our team makes him great.

Provided he doesn't get injured . . . he has the physical skills and keeps cool under pressure.

If he stays healthy and has a full career here, he could be great.

If you look at A.M. stats compared to Clemson's Lawrence... His total yards are only 211 off and 5 TD's short.

Perhaps, but absolutely is way too definitive. Look at what happened to Mackenzie Milton. Football is a Spartan sport and Adrian will take more hits than your prototypical pocket passer.

I would hope that he meets those lofty expectations. However, after one season, its too soon to tell - the poll should have asked: Absolutely or Too early to tell (Not No)

It's at home and I think we will be understanding our new system and coaches by then.

Purdue is deeper into the first season of a new staff. And it is at home where the crowd is more of a factor.

Later in the season. The mini game is #1 and we'll have some kinks to work out. BUT I think we win both. With good coaching we'll finally put Mini in our rear view mirror.

I thought we did really well with the defensive and offensive line, plus the most in-state recruits since 98!

In short order, Coach Rhule and staff put together a top 30 class. That's a great result for the short time they had to work with. My only pain point was losing Earnest Hausman to Michigan through the transfer portal.
