The only way that we're going to get back to anything resembling normal is through vaccine mandates; since the states won't issue them, we're going to have to reply upon employers and schools to do so.

As we've learned in states across the US, these type of absolute yes/no mandates can be the tipping point between controlling the pandemic and being overrun by it. While most of those absolutes revolve around masking, sound, science-based public health policy should be driving vaccination decisions.
