The Mayor and Chief of Police are quite capable of handling the LOW crime rate in D.C.

Once again the president is fabricating an emergency to expand his power when all evidence point to the contrary. D.C. is at its lowest crime rate in 30 years there is no emergency that warrants the mobilization of the national guard.
