Too many times has Diabetics needed incelin but couldn't afford it, so they have to stretch out what they do have just to not die.

I already do. It pays to drive to Boonville when I can get gas for $3.16 at Breaktime vs $3.58 ish in Columbia.

We look at Gas Buddy app and try to get the cheaper gas.
