Increasing taxes always has negative results. It never hits its intended target. It will only impact people who are already struggling. Corporations do NOT pay taxes. Their customers do. It is ALWAYS passed on to the consumer.

The “wealthy” do not pay taxes. A good business puts it expenses back onto the customers. We, the proles, pay taxes for the wealthy. Also, the “wealthy” don’t take salaries. The company the own provides for them, and they get tax breaks. If you make less than $100,000,000.00, you done.

Missouri should enforce strict laws against animal abuse—because any society that calls itself evolved must protect the voiceless. Cruelty tolerated is cruelty normalized, and no state that values progress can afford that.

Missouri has been notorious for puppy mills that sell sick puppies and treat dogs horrible.

I think the more pertinent question would be should dogs and other domesticated animals kept as pets be considered property or have other more humane rights? This has nothing to do with breeding. The dogs were neglected and suffered immensely.
